Corporate Accommodation provides comparatively larger , fully furnished, modern apartments,giving a more homely residential character. All apartments have kitchens, separate bedroom(s), include a washer & dryer and usually include facilities like a pool, gym and a concierge

How do I check in?

Your Site Manager / Client Host will welcome you on site. Extraordinary timed arrivals will need reasonable notice. We can Provide Pick up services from arrival points at a nominal cost if this is convenient.

What is the cost?

The rental rate includes the complete cost of the apartment, (electricity is capped at $5 per day telephone to $2 per day Local calls). A weekly cleaning service is included together with a weekly change of Linen and Towels. This eliminates the need for exit cleaning and its associated fee. Additional charges will be, where available, Internet connections (Wireless or hard connected) , cable TV and others, such as Portable BBQ's , high chairs and or cot for babies

What are the rates?

Rates are based on a per day, week and month, You will find longer stays are cost effective , whilst any stay less then 29-days attract GST and is included in pricing. A week minimum stay is required, however less then a week can be arranged but will attract a Cleaning fee. It Maybe convenient for Larger Clients to Book longer for GST advantage and Rotate staff through.

Booking and Refunds?

Booking before 30 days of arrival requires 50% deposit to confirm. Cancellation and refunds attract an administration fee of $200.If the period of the booking can be re booked no other fees are applied unless notification is less then 22 days of arrival then deposit paid is forfeited, if paid in full then 50% is refunded. Any Extension to stays may involve transfer to another suitable apartment unless the current occupation is not booked for that period. however Once Accommodation has commenced no reductions to period of stay can be accepted.

What are the payment options?

Accommodation less then a month is required in advance , any stays longer then this will then be billed seven days before the start of next period. We can Invoice (Corporate Clients) , accept direct payment , Visa Mastercard , Amex and Diners methods of Payment

Is a Bond Required?

No Bond . However all breakages losses to the property its contents and its common occupied areas and its contents whether caused by the occupant or their guest(s) will be billed by way of or to the original payment medium and is accepted by the occupier or the booking entity

Who may use Corporate Accommodation?

Although the accommodation is geared for business clients the usage is extended to all clients staff members their guests families for, business travel, vacations, extended stays, relocations and any other accommodation requirements.

What is included ?

A home away from home!! All furnishings and items that achieve this end is there. Furniture to cutlery, kitchen utensils, electrical appliances to white goods and Weekly cleaning. Electricity is capped , phone is capped to local calls, long distance or excess calls can be administered through a telephony retailer as optional costs, Cable TV and Internet connection can be arranged as optional extras where available.

Welcome Pack?

This is a little package containing essential goods like milk, bread, coffee, sugar, cereals and other essentials!!! The apartment is stocked up for regular usage of consumables including soap, tissues dishwashing powder laundry and salt and pepper.
